The Buena Vista Chamber of Commerce has teamed up with Colorado Choice Health Plans to provide a community-orientated group health plan called the Buena Vista Chamber Health Plan. This innovative plan provides flexibility in choosing health coverage for both the employer and employee. With a mix and match option of 4 different plans, employers can offer an array of benefit options that fit their budget without sacrificing coverage and each employee is able to select the plan designed to best fit their specific needs.

Membership in the Buena Vista Chamber of Commerce entitles any employer, who is a member in good standing, to health care coverage sponsored by the Buena Vista Chamber of Commerce. The Employer’s business must be based in Chaffee, Fremont or Saguache Counties. Coverage is subject to the eligibility provisions of the health plan. Such coverage is available regardless of any health status related factor of such small employer group member or individuals eligible for coverage through the member. The Buena Vista Chamber of Commerce does not make such health care coverage available other then in connection with membership in the Chamber. Membership in the Buena Vista Chamber of Commerce is not conditioned upon any health status related factor relating to any individual, including an employee or dependent of an employee.
